OUR MISSION

The Parenting Place is a community-based, non-profit organization whose mission is the prevention of child abuse and neglect through strengthening families.  Our goals are to help families develop healthy parent-child relationships, to improve the futures of our children and ensure healthy families.

OUR PROFILE

The Parenting Place began a movement in 1981 to protect the youngest members of our community, and today we are still the only agency in Missoula County whose sole mission is the prevention of child abuse and neglect. We continually strive to provide premium service in a respectful and culurally sensitive manner to all families who walk through our doors.  Through our efforts we are fostering resiliency and building assets in families today so they may have a better tomorrow.
