Join us for the Nurturing the Parent-Teen Relationship, a 10-week online class designed for parents and caregivers who want to build positive relationships with their teens, understand their teen's behavior, and help their teen navigate the ever-changing landscape of adolescence. This program fosters a supportive, non-judgmental environment where participants can learn and grow together.

🕒 Time: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Every Tuesday – for 10 weeks)

📍 Location: Zoom - You’ll receive more details and the Zoom link as the start date gets closer.

Program Features:

✔ Learn nurturing discipline techniques for Teens

✔ Reduce stress and improve family communication

✔ Help teens manage their behaviors, emotions, and life decisions

✔ Build peer-to-peer connections in a supportive space

Topics Include:

🔹Understanding the teen brain and its development

🔹 Navigating the presence of technology in your teen's life

🔹 Helping teens navigate healthy relationships

🔹 Defining healthy parent-teen roles

🔹 Empowering your teen to make informed decisions regarding their own well-being

📌 Pre-registration required:

The normal cost of class is $155 for the full ten weeks; however, we recognize that times are especially tough right now and would never want cost to be prohibitive.
