Nurturing the Parent-Teen Relationship - 10 Week Series
Join us for Nurturing the Parent-Teen Relationship, a 10-week online class designed for parents and caregivers who want to build positive relationships with their teens, understand their teen's behavior, and help their teen navigate the ever-changing landscape of adolescence. This program fosters a supportive, non-judgmental environment where participants can learn and grow together.
🗓️ Class Dates: Thursday, October 29th to Thursday, January 28th
🕒 Time: 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Every Thursday afternoon – for 10 weeks)
📍 Location: Zoom - You’ll receive more details and the Zoom link as the start date gets closer.
Program Features:

✔ Reduce stress and improve family communication
✔ Help teens manage their behaviors, emotions, and life decisions
✔ Build peer-to-peer connections in a supportive space

🔹 Empowering your teen to make informed decisions regarding their own well-being
